<br />This will be a single layer tear off and layer over corrugated metal 57,841 SF roof.
<br />We will be installing:
<br />1) 3in EPS flute fill (insulation leveling material for preparation for membrane installation) with
<br />protective matting slip sheet. ( The added weight for this flute fill material is calculated to add
<br />1.251bs/sf x 5,841 SF = 7301.25 Ibs across the roof portions with metal sheathing)
<br />2) 60 MIL TPO (membrane) mechanically fastened per manufacturers specs with a 20 year
<br />labor and material warranty. (Replacement)
<br />Construction Schedule:
<br />1) Tear off existing roofing material. 2) Prepare and inspect surface for flute fill install.
<br />3) Install flute fill with protective mat finish. 4) Install and 60mi1 TPO roofing material per specs
