The car washing area must be hydro logically <br /> isolated from the rest of the site, must be covered (unless otherwise approved by <br /> the City Engineer), and wash water from the area must drain to the sanitary sewer <br /> after being routed through a baffle-type oil/water separator designed to City <br /> standards. Signs must be posted on the site indicated that car washing is limited <br /> to the designated area only.
