This letter serves as a supplement to our referenced agreement. The terms <br /> and conditions established by the agreement are unchanged except as noted below. <br /> A. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> See Exhibit"A," Scope of Services. <br /> B. COMPENSATION <br /> Reid Middleton shall be paid on a time-plus-expense basis using the rates <br /> indicated in Exhibit"A," Schedule of Charges Effective July 1, 2016,attached to <br /> the agreement. We estimate the fee for this portion of the services to be <br /> $65,475,itemized as follows: <br /> Roadway Restoration $ 60,105 <br /> Survey Services 5,370 <br /> Total $ 65,475 <br /> We request the budget for the project be increased$65,475 to reflect this revised <br /> scope of services. The amended total for the agreement inclusive of all <br /> supplements is increased from$19,580 to$85,055. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to submit this proposed supplemental agreement.
