City of Everett A 4' <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. See deliverables in the attached scope of work from HWA. <br /> Task 4 — Surveying <br /> Objective <br /> Additional surveying of the 1-5 right-of-way (ROW) area and off-ramp at the R4 site will be <br /> needed to prepare utility easements or licenses (legal description), right-of-entry and traffic <br /> control documents for this area. These documents and plans will need to be provided to <br /> WSDOT for review and approval. This task will be completed by Reid-Middleton as a <br /> subconsultant to BHC. <br /> BHC Services <br /> 1. Coordinate with Reid-Middleton and provide them with a sketch of the area needing to <br /> be surveyed. <br /> 2. Review base map developed by Reid-Middleton and provide comments for revisions. <br /> Incorporate base map into the design. <br /> Subconsultant (Reid-Middleton) Services <br /> 1. See attached scope of work and budget from Reid Middleton. <br /> City of Everett Responsibilities <br /> 1. Coordinate with WSDOT to provide site access. <br /> 2. Provide high definition aerial photo (2015) for use as base image if needed. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. Existing City monuments in the vicinity of the project are assumed to exist and are <br /> suitable for horizontal and vertical control. <br /> 2. See additional assumptions on attached scope of work from Reid Middleton. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. AutoCAD base map or maps for the 1-5 ROW and access ramp area. <br /> 2. Legal description for new utility easement encompassing the new facilities on WSDOT <br /> property at R4 site. <br /> 3. See attached scope of work from Reid Middleton for additional information on <br /> deliverables. <br /> Task 5 - Design <br /> Objective <br /> 60%, 90% and final design plans, specifications, and opinions of probable construction cost will <br /> be prepared for the R4 and R39 Modifications. It is anticipated that the R4 Modifications will <br /> include the following new components: <br /> ■ <br /> Scope of Services 5 . <br /> 1L&I <br /> CONSULTANTS <br />
