Please review and respond to the comments <br />below. Plan review will resume when the requested information is submitted. All required submittals must be <br />of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed structures will be constructed in compliance <br />with all adopted codes, with two sets of drawings submitted for revisions. <br />General <br />1. The permit application indicates that unit(s) will be added or replaced. <br />2. Please note on the drawings the work to be replaced on sheet M1.1. <br />Structural <br />1. Please provide stamped structural verification by a Washington State licensed professional engineer <br />that the new equipment can be supported by the existing building structure. This should include <br />detailing of structural revisions where required to support the new equipment. <br />Mechanical <br />1. Please submit manufacturer's documentation and revised plans indicating that the new water heating <br />units comply with the mandatory requirement of WSEC C404.2, C404.3, C404.4, C404.5, C404.6, <br />C404.7 and table C404.2. <br />2. Please clarify the weight, size category, rate condition, performance required, test procedure for the <br />new units (hot water heater and hot water storage tank) on building plans or the equipment schedule. <br />Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given prioriry and plan review will recommence. <br />Applicable codes include the 2012 International Building Code, the 2012 International Fire Code, the 2012 <br />International Mechanical Code, and the 2012 Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) as amended by the State <br />of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett. Revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning, or Fire).
