It does not address the design review. I had sent the airport your original email below a few weeks ago and they agreed to do the design review. I am proposing to add some verbiage to Jane's comments below (in red)to make it clear what each AHJ will be reviewing and that they concur. If I had Bill Dolan send you the verbiage below (or something similar) would that meet documentation requirements? Stormwater treatment will occur, in accordance with the airport's requirements, prior to discharge to the Alpha Pond. Snohomish County also concurs that it will be responsible for the review and approval of the stormwater treatment and flow control facilities and design documents for this project.
