And as long as the static test facility doesn't discharge to Lake Boeing (or another wetland <br /> regulated by the City) before entering the Alpha pond, a letter from Snohomish County that"officially" accepts un- <br /> detained flow to their Alpha pond would suffice for my"detention" review. If the Alpha pond was also designed and/or <br /> modified to provide treatment of the runoff from the Static Test facility, and the County also officially accepted un- <br /> treated runoff from the facility,then you could also bypass me for that aspect of the review too!
