We have not, nor feel the <br /> need to, approve the drainage report for the project. It is also my understanding that the proposed method of handling <br /> stormwater—by routing it to a lawful detention/treatment facility in Snohomish County—is consistent with the City's <br /> NPDES stormwater permit obligations. <br /> At this point, it is up to the County—both as the regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the subject <br /> detention/treatment facilities and as the owner/operator of Paine Field and the Paine Field detention facility—to <br /> determine that the County's legal obligations are being met. Any decisions or issues regarding the project's stormwater <br /> treatment and detention systems are issues between Boeing and the County. <br /> I've also copied Kirk Brooks on this email.
