At the time it needs to be demoed quarry spall will be placed to <br /> stabilize the construction entrance and exit. <br /> Inspection and Maintenance plan: <br /> The quarry spall stabilized entrance/exit to the site and spoil pile will be inspected daily and <br /> within 24 hours of a rain event. The exit and local roadways will be swept with a street sweeper <br /> on a daily basis. The wheel wash will start out the day with clean or fresh water. To increase <br /> effectiveness of the wheel wash, a flocculent, as approved by Everett Environmental Affairs, will <br /> be used to maintain an acceptable wash water clarity level (typically 20-100 NTU).
