Provide floor plan of each level showing Smoke alarms per R314 IRC and Carbon <br /> monoxide alarms per R315 IRC. <br /> 2. Label spaces for their intended use. Basement is (per Chief Inspector) "BASEMENT <br /> AREA NOT APPROVED FOR OCCUPIED- HABITABLE SPACE- LACKS EGRESS- <br /> VENTILATION- LIGHT REQUIREMENTS. <br /> 3. Provide 5/8'Type X GWB on ceiling of garage and 1/2" GWB on walls supporting living <br /> space and walls separating the garage from the basement area. <br /> 4. Specify CFM and location of exhaust fans proposed including range hood.
