Stemper Architects <br />Re: Everett Community College <br />Olympus Building Reroof <br />Structural Review of Added Weight <br />Dear Jerry: <br />L� <br />As you requested, we reviewed the existing structure for the added weight of roofing material resulting <br />from this reroof project. <br />We understand that the lower roofs will have (2) `/z" layers of Densdeck and an EPDM Membrane <br />applied over the existing roofing. We analyzed the framing for this additional weight and found stresses <br />in the existing framing to be acceptable. <br />The upper roof will have existing roof material removed.
