The structure is <br /> approximately 8 feet by 40 feet (320 sq.ft.) in size. <br /> The accessory structure is located approximately 2 feet from the north property line and fence. <br /> The structure has been constructed without a required permit and is located within a side yard setback area. <br /> It was also observed that a patio roof structure has been recently added to the rear north portion of the main house.
