I noticed the decks on the east side were pretty lacking and the railings look like <br /> they are weakened. There is a piece of MDF to step onto on the top floor. <br /> Around the side (north) it looks like they have replaced some railing. All of it seems to be rotting down to the structural <br /> beams. <br /> On county records they are condo's with separate owners.
