3601 EVERETT AVENUE <br /> EVERETT, WASHINGTON 98201 <br /> Phone 425-259-2161 0 Fax 425-252-2459 <br /> www.eylanderelectric.net <br /> AKA: Eylander Electric <br /> May 27, 2016 <br /> RE: 1025 52nd St <br /> Everett, WA 98203 <br /> We have made electrical corrections requested by the City of Everett in the north <br /> apartment including: <br /> 1) Installing in-line smoke detectors in the bedrooms and 1 outside of the <br /> bedrooms. <br /> 2) Installed a new hot water tank circuit with proper protection for the wiring. <br /> 3) Installed GFCI outlets to replace the ungrounded outlets, with ark-shields for the <br /> imbedded boxes. <br /> 4) Installed blanks and/or breakers in the electric panel to fill in spaces previously <br /> left open. <br /> 5) Made a visual inspection of the north apartment and did not find any other issues <br /> that require immediate correction. There was no testing of appliances or their <br /> connections other than the hot water tank. <br /> 6) The counter in front of the electric panels for both units was left intact by <br /> Eylander Sales & Service. The clearance issue of 36" in front of the panel and <br /> 30" horizontal was left for the owner and the building department to remedy. <br /> 7) Eylander Sales & Service purchased a permit (EW1605-005) and <br /> requested/passed an electrical inspection by the City of Everett. <br /> Sinc"y, <br /> Johfi C Ey a <br /> Service Department <br /> Vice-President <br /> .1 <br />
