Due to the nature of the concerns, you are requested to <br />replace the portion of your sidewalk that is in need of repair along your property fronts ai 2601 <br />Maple St, Everett to comply with Everett Municipal Code 13.08.010 (copy attached). <br />The City currently has a sidewalk repair, replacement maintenance program that allows the <br />City to share the cost of this replacement with you.
