13.7. Waiver <br /> The failure of the City at any time to require serformance by the Grantee of any provision hereof <br /> shall in no way affect the right of the City herea ter to enforce the same. Nor shall the waiver by the <br /> City of any breach of any provision hereof be t.ken or held to be a waiver of any succeeding breach <br /> of such provision, or as a waiver of the provisio i itself or any other provision. <br /> 13.8. Venue <br /> Venue for any judicial proceeding regarding thi, Franchise shall be in Snohomish County. <br /> 13.9. Governing Law <br /> This Franchise shall be governed by applicabl, local, Washington state and federal law. Grantee <br /> agrees to comply with all such applicable law. <br /> 13.10. Entire Agreement <br /> This Franchise represents the entire understan•ing and agreement between the parties hereto with <br /> respect to the subject matter hereof and superse les all prior oral or written negotiations between the <br /> parties. <br /> 13.11. Severability <br /> If any Section, subsection, paragraph or prov sion of this Franchise is determined to be illegal, <br /> invalid or unconstitutional by any court or ag ncy of competent jurisdiction, such determination <br /> shall have no effect on the validity of any othe Section, subsection, paragraph or provision of this <br /> Franchise, all of which will remain in full force and effect for the term of the Franchise. <br /> 31 of3l <br />
