AP4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3516-16 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing the special construction fund entitled "Allen Buick <br /> Redevelopment Project" Fund 342, Program 017, as established by <br /> Ordinance No. 3207-10. <br /> WHEREAS, the "Allen Buick Redevelopment Project", Fund 342, Program 017 was <br /> established to provide for the site work necessary for the redevelopment of the city <br /> owned property commonly known as the Allen Buick property. This work included the <br /> handling of contaminated soils, the relocation of an underground electrical vault, the <br /> removal and relocation of an overhead power feed encroachment, and the replacement <br /> of a traffic signal pole, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the fund has been accomplished and, <br /> WHEREAS, there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: That the special construction fund, Fund No. 342, Program 017, "Allen Buick <br /> Redevelopment Project" to be closed. <br /> Section 2: That the final revenues and expenses for "Allen Buick Redevelopment <br /> Project", Fund 342, Program 017, are as follows: <br /> REVENUES <br /> CIP 4 $642,527 <br /> Total $642,527 <br />
