The City- <br /> owned pond did not provide any water quality treatment for stormwater. The 3rd Avenue SE Detention Pond <br /> Retrofit provided 75%funding for the in-house design and construction of two water quality treatment units <br /> for this existing pond. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the 2012 State Stormwater Grant Agreement No. <br /> G1200574 with the Washington State Department of Ecology to deobligate remaining funds and close out <br /> the project. <br /> 111 <br />
