June 10, 2008 •Mil:Ic77%eir <br /> MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: City Clerk nd Ev t Code Codifier <br /> FROM: John J. n, Planner <br /> RE: Scrivener's Errors — Ordinance No 2600-02 as amended (through <br /> Ordinance No. 3053-08) <br /> Enclosed are corrected Shoreline Master Program Maps Nos. 4.3, 4.4, 4.7 and 4.16 to <br /> replace the maps contained in Ordinance No. 3053-08. The original maps contained <br /> minor errors in which small areas of land were inadvertently excluded from shoreline <br /> jurisdiction. On Maps 4.3 and 4.16, the corrected area is a small corner near Anthony's <br /> restaurant. On Maps 4.4 and 4.7 the corrected area is a small area north of Snohomish <br /> River and east of SR 529. <br /> These corrections do not alter the policies or regulations to be applied to these <br /> properties.
