The actual edge of OHWM would have to be determined to see if any of the M- <br /> 2 zoned property would fall in shoreline jurisdiction. If any,this area would be too small <br /> to show up on the maps. <br /> BE AND THE SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 4.5 Urban Industrial <br /> Purpose <br /> To provide areas for high intensity water-dependent and water-related industrial uses along <br /> navigation channels accessible to shallow draft vessels, and to ensure optimum use of shorelines <br /> that are presently industrial in nature while protecting and restoring ecological functions. <br /> Classification Criteria <br /> 1. Shorelines that front on navigable waters of varying depth and have varying levels of <br /> upland access. <br /> 2. Areas highly modified by past industrial activities. <br /> Area Designated <br /> 1.
