f ORDINANCE NO. 3057-08 '4(41%V/I-Am AN ORDNANCE creating a special improvement project entitled "Police. mpound Yard Relocation", Fund 308, Program 004, to accumulate all costs o e improvements. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned development of the Riverfront area; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to the relocation of the Police Impound Yard from the Riverfront Development area as identified in the Property Disposition Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 308, Program 004, entitled "Police Impound Yard Relocation", to accumulate all costs for the improvements. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 308, Program 004, for the improvements. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Engineering/Public Services Director," under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $350,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 308, Program 004, "Police Impound Yard Relocation", as follows: A. Estimated Project Costs Design and Construction $ 350,000.00 B. Source of Funds Fund 009-Non-Departmental Fund $ 150,000.00 Fund 162-CIP IV 200,000.00 Total Sources of Funds $ 350,000.00
