EL/E?ETT <br /> ORDINANCE NO, 3 0 6 4-0 8 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing funding for certain capital improvements to the City of <br /> Everett municipal golf courses, Legion Memorial and Walter E. Hall, Fund 440, Program <br /> 032 as established by Ordinance 2940-06. <br /> WHEREAS,the capital improvement project entitled" Capital Improvements to the City <br /> of Everett municipal golf courses, Legion Memorial and Walter E. Hall", Fund 440, <br /> Program 032, CIP 3 was established to provide for the construction of paved golf car <br /> paths at Walter E. Hall; and <br /> WHEREAS,the capital improvement project entitled"Capital Improvements to the City <br /> of Everett municipal golf courses, Legion Memorial and Walter E. Hall, Fund 440, <br /> Program 032, CIP 4 was established to provide for the construction of golf car storage <br /> buildings at Legion Memorial and Walter E. Hall; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the capital improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the"Capital improvements to the City of Everett municipal golf courses, Legion <br /> Memorial and Walter E. Hall", Fund 440, Program 032, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenue for the "Capital improvements to the City of Everett <br /> municipal golf courses, Legion Memorial and Walter E. Hall", Fund 440, Program 032, <br /> are as follows: <br /> A. Expenses <br /> Paved Golf Car Paths $ 899,054.05 <br /> Golf Car Storage Buildings $ 347,805.25 <br /> Total Construction Costs $1,246,859.30 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> Fund 154-CIP 3 $899,054.05 <br /> Fund 162-CIP 4 $347,805.25 <br /> Total Source of Funds $1,246,859.30 <br />
