The grant will fund a Historic <br /> Preservation Plan for downtown. The <br /> grant will partially fund an environmental impact statement and ordinance to implement a SEPA <br /> Planned Action for the Everett Downtown Plan. The Planned Action will facilitate downtown <br /> development review and expedite permit reviews. <br /> The Downtown Planned Action EIS project is already included in the Planning Department's <br /> 2008 budget.
