Additionally, approximately 15 acres will be acquired adjacent to the west <br /> side of the Interurban Trail and immediately south of Bruksrud Road in the Everett Mall South <br /> neighborhood. <br /> In the third budget amendment of 2007, funds were transferred from the General Fund to the <br /> Real Estate Acquisition Fund 145 for these land purchases.
