March 7, 2012 <br /> RESOLUTION — PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6474 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the city of Everett in the amount <br /> of$3,399,782.40 for the period ending February 11, 2012. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore and Hatloe who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENTS - HOUSING HOPE <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen, to authorize the Mayor to sign Subordination Agreements <br /> and Assignment, Assumption, Release and Consent Agreements for <br /> Housing Hope to acquire a multiple family and mixed use building <br /> complex from Hope Village Limited Partnership. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore and Hatloe who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — REVOLVING FUND LOAN DM11-952-011 <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Nielsen to authorize the Mayor to sign the Rescission <br /> Amendment to the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan <br /> Agreement DM11-952-011. <br /> 60 <br />
