The <br /> State Treasurer may, in its sole discretion,allow for transactions of less than five thousand dollars. <br /> Valuing Shares <br /> The LGIP-MMF will be operated using a net asset value(NAV)calculation based on the amortized cost of all <br /> securities held such that the securities will be valued at their acquisition cost, plus accrued income,amortized <br /> daily. <br /> The Fund's NAV will be the value of a single share. NAV will normally be calculated as of the close of business of <br /> the NYSE, usually 4:00 p.m. Eastern time.
