You failed to abate <br /> all or part of the violations. Pursuant to the Order of the City of Everett Code Official the City <br /> abated the outstanding violations. <br /> The abatement of the violations on the property was completed on April 22, 2014, pursuant to <br /> the Order of the City of Everett Code Official and provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, <br /> chapter 1.20. The cost to the City for this work is $4,651.44 and an invoice is attached. <br /> According to EMC 1.20.090 (B), all costs of abatement, including incidental expenses, shall be <br /> billed to the Respondent and become due and payable 30 days from the date of this bill.
