July 16, 2014 <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT — INFORMATION SHARING/TAX ENFORCEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Anderson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement <br /> authorizing sharing information relating to tax enforcement and <br /> other official purposes with the Washington State Department of <br /> Revenue. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore, Murphy, and Bader who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — INVESTMENT/CITY OF EVERETT MONIES <br /> Moved by Council Member Anderson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to adopt Resolution No. 6757 authorizing investment of <br /> city of Everett monies in the Local Government Investment Pool. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Moore, Murphy, and Bader who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT —AMERICAN LEGION MEMORIAL PARK ACCESS, <br /> REMEDIATION AND RESTORATION <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Anderson, to authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement with <br /> the Washington State Department of Ecology for American Legion <br /> Memorial Park Access, Remediation and Restoration. <br /> 201 <br />
