July 23, 2014 <br /> JOB COMPLETE — CITYWIDE GUARDRAIL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> To accept the Citywide Guardrail Improvements as complete and <br /> authorize the Mayor to sign the certificate of completion. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Bader who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — EVRETT TV BROADCAST EQUIPMENT <br /> REPLACEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Anderson, seconded by Council Member <br /> Murphy, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Professional Services Agreement with Erik Utter and Associates for <br /> Everett TV Broadcast Equipment Replacement at no additional cost <br /> to the city. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Roberts and Bader who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT —WORKFORCE INTEGRATION MANAGER V7 <br /> SOFTWARE <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to approve the purchase of Workforce Integration <br /> Manager V7 software and authorize the Mayor to sign the <br /> Professional Services Agreement with Kronos Incorporated in the <br /> total amount of$38,516.46 including Washington State Sales Tax. <br /> 205 <br />
