A. Every building hereafter constructed, reconstructed, expanded or occupied, or use of property hereafter established or modified, shall be provided with off-street parking in accordance with the requirements of this title, as listed in Table#34-1, or as otherwise provided by this chapter when not specifically listed in Table#34-1. The number of parking spaces stated shall be the minimum required. Where parking requirements are based upon square footage of a building, the gross floor area of the building shall be used.
