All residential buildings shall be enhanced with at least two of the following <br /> details/elements into or near their primary façade: <br /> (1) Decorative porch design, including decorative wood balustrades similar to those <br /> found throughout historical buildings in the core residential neighborhood. <br /> (2) Decorative molding/framing details around all ground floor windows and <br /> doors. <br /> (3) Decorative rooflines that borrow design elements from nearby historical Everett <br /> residential structures. This could include sloping rooflines with multiple <br /> dormers, brackets, and/or rooflets. <br /> (4) Decorative building materials, including decorative masonry, shingle,brick, tile, <br /> stone, or other materials with decorative or textural qualities approved by the <br /> planning director. <br /> (5) Landscaped trellises or other decorative elements that incorporate landscaping <br /> near the building entry. <br /> (6) Other details that meet the intent of the standards as approved by the planning <br /> director. <br /> 71 <br />
