Buildings visible from the street must use design <br /> techniques to break up long continuous building walls, reduce the architectural scale <br /> of the building, and add visual interest. Specifically, any building facade longer than <br /> one hundred feet in width must employ design techniques to limit the length of <br /> individual facades.
