2. Standards and Guidelines <br /> a. Infill dwellings that meet the additional standards set forth in(1) through (3)below <br /> are eligible for the reduced parking provided in Section 14 of this ordinance. All <br /> other applicable provisions of this section also apply to the infill development. <br /> (1) No more than one infill dwelling unit is permitted on a legal building lot. <br /> (2) The rear yard area shall be a minimum of two thousand square feet, prior to the <br /> construction of the infill dwelling unit. <br /> (3) There shall be a minimum separation of eighteen feet between the existing <br /> dwellings and the infill dwelling. <br /> b.
