August 6, 2014 <br /> Council Member Anderson asked that Public Works provide a list of <br /> approved contractors to affected residents. <br /> Council Member Moore asked that installation of all backwater valves on <br /> the city right-of-way be reconsidered. He asked for additional time during <br /> next week's meeting to continue the conversation prior to the ordinance <br /> moving to proposed action. He requested CAO/CFO Debra Bryant be <br /> prepared to report back next week regarding cost to maintain backwater <br /> valves, timing of 25% cap, city vs. ratepayer obligations, and placement of <br /> all backwater valves on city right of way. <br /> Council Member Gipson requested the move of Consent Agenda item 10 <br /> to action items due to a conflict of interest. <br /> PROPOSED ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1407-35 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE establishing School District Impact Fees for <br /> Residential Development in the city of Everett based upon School <br /> District Capital Facility Plans required under the Growth <br /> Management Act <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1407-36 <br /> SECOND READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "112th Street S.E. — Silver Lake Road to SR 527," Fund 303, <br /> Program 076, as established by Ordinance No. 2934-06 <br /> 216 <br />
