August 20, 2014 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> AGREEMENT — CITY WEBSITE REPLACEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign contract with CivicPlus to <br /> replace the City's website. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Gipson who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1407-39 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE concerning Sewage and Storm System <br /> Surcharge, Backup Prevention and Claims, amending <br /> Ordinance No 1506-88 (Chapter 14.08 Everett Municipal Code). <br /> Moved by Council Member Bader, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No. 1407-39 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for <br /> the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> Council Member Anderson urged the Public Works Department to mail an <br /> initial notice to all individuals eligible for a backwater valve rebate. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, Anderson <br /> EXCUSED: Moore, Gipson <br /> 235 <br />
