011P <br /> 144440 <br /> F/ g bi / l <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3084-08 <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a parks improvement project entitled"Garfield Park <br /> Renovation Phase I", Fund 354, Program 029 as established by Ordinance No. 2901-06. <br /> WHEREAS,the parks improvement project entitled"Garfield Park Renovation Phase I", <br /> Fund 354, Program 029, was established to provide for park improvements and <br /> replacement projects at Garfield Park; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the parks improvement project has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor <br /> uncollected revenues to be received; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the "Garfield Park Renovation Phase I", Fund 354, Program 029, be closed. <br /> Section 2: <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the "Garfield Park Renovation Phase I", Fund <br /> 354, Program 029, are as follows: <br /> A.
