• •
Terri Jorgenson
From: Tony Lee
Sent: Monday, December 14, 2015 11:34 AM
To: 'Chris Koh'
Subject: RE: Shiloh stair permit application - 1926 W Casino
Hi Chris, yes, Alvin brought some drawings in as well—
A few things about the permits:
• Each building is a separate entity and will require a separate permit (we can't do it all under one permit
unfortunately).
• The contract price of work will need to be filled out. If you want, just divide the total by the number of buildings
if that makes it easier.
• The Everett business license is not the same thing as the UBI#. You can contact the City Clerk at (425) 257-8610
if you don't know the correct number.
• You'll have to sign each permit separately—sorry about the inconvenience of that.
• You can submit the permit applications between 7:30—11:30 and 1:00—3:30 M-F. I have already discussed the
issue with the permit staff and they will be processing the permit application and taking it in for my review even
if I am not here. I should be able to review the information quickly and get the permit turned around for your
pick up soon.
Thanks,Tony
From: Chris Koh [mailto:chrisk@ cohorealestate.com]
Sent: Monday, December 14, 2015 11:06 AM
To:Tony Lee
Subject: Shiloh stair permit application
Tony,
I hope you had an enjoyable weekend. I understand our contractor, Alvin stopped by this morning with some
drawings of the planned new post/beam configuration.
Here is our permit application (unsigned currently). If it looks acceptable, I'll cone to your office (when you're
available) and bring 2 copies of this, along with 2 sets of our architect's Sept 15th letter and money. Thank you
for your cooperation and have a great week.
Yours, Chris
w. 206 633-0424 ext 207
Forwarded Message
Subject:Internet Fax Job
Date:Mon, 14 Dec 2015 10:59:32 -0800
From:cohofax@cohorealestate.com
To:chrisk@cohorealestate.com
Image data has been attached.
1
