These bonds,while budgeted as revenue for fund 401,were not budgeted as an expenditure as only a portion of the proceeds were scheduled to be used in 2003. The bond proceeds were recorded as an interfund expenditure when they were transferred from Fund 401 to the newly established construction fund, Fund 339. This expenditure also will reduce ending fund balance by$32,937,859.04 from budgeted amount.This amendment is a technical correction only.
