itfool <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 6778 <br /> A RESOLUTION waiving public bidding requirements and approving a sole source <br /> purchase of Lateral and Mainline Probe II System Retrofit(LAMP2) from Cues <br /> WHEREAS, Public Works needs a Lateral and Mainline Probe II (LAMP2) system to <br /> inspect, locate and mark backwater devices on the side sewer lines. <br /> WHEREAS, Only Cues equipment is compatible with the equipment on the Camera <br /> Truck; and <br /> WHEREAS, CUES is sole manufacture and supplier of OEM equipment, parts and <br /> service for our Truck in the NW <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Everett City Council that because <br /> there is clearly and legitimately only one source capable of supplying and installing <br /> LAMP 2 system retrofit, the City hereby waives competitive bidding requirements and <br /> authorizes the purchase and installation of this equipment from Cues. <br /> 1/QD A az_________ <br /> Councilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 1st day of October ,2014. <br /> 41Ir— 'ad 'd <br /> 4 ouncil President <br />
