March 28, 2012 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at <br /> 12:30 p.m., March 28, 2012 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett <br /> City Hall, Council President Gipson presiding. Upon roll call it was found <br /> that Mayor Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Hatloe, <br /> Gipson, Nielsen, and Stonecipher were present. Council Member <br /> Affholter was excused. <br /> Council Member Roberts led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 21, 2012 City Council meeting were approved <br /> as printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson had no comments. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> The council members had no comments. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles requested an executive session following the meeting <br /> concerning a litigation matter and a potential litigation matter pursuant to <br /> RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). The session is anticipated to last 20 minutes with <br /> no announcement to follow. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Steve Mansour, Everett, expressed concern regarding the loud noises <br /> emitted by motorcycles and other vehicles in downtown Everett. <br /> 77 <br />
