LIBOR Index Rate Conversion Date means (a) the date on which the Bonds begin to <br /> bear interest at the LIBOR Index Rate or (b) if the Bonds have previously borne interest at the <br /> LIBOR Index Rate during a LIBOR Index Rate Period then ending, the Index Floating Rate <br /> Conversion Date occurring at the end of the then ending LIBOR Index Rate Period. <br /> LIBOR Index Rate Period means the period from and including a LIBOR Index Rate <br /> Conversion Date to but excluding the earlier of (a) the immediately succeeding Purchase Date <br /> and (b) the Maturity Date. <br /> LIBOR Index Reset Date means the first calendar day of each calendar month. <br /> Liquidity Account means the account by that name in each Purchase Fund established <br /> pursuant to Section 3.09(a). <br /> Liquidity Facility means a letter of credit, line of credit, bond purchase agreement, <br /> insurance policy or other similar agreement that provides for the purchase of, or the funding of <br /> amounts to purchase, Bonds subject to purchase on Purchase Dates issued and delivered pursuant <br /> to Section 3.16. <br /> Liquidity Facility Agreement means, with respect to a Liquidity Facility then in effect, <br /> the separate agreement, if any, under and pursuant to which such Liquidity Facility is issued (it <br /> being understood and acknowledged that there may but need not be a Liquidity Facility <br /> Agreement with respect to a Liquidity Facility). <br /> Liquidity Facility Date means a date on which a Liquidity Facility is accepted, including <br /> a substitution, by the Tender Agent and becomes effective in accordance with Section 3.16. The <br /> date of any renewal or extension of the expiration date of a Liquidity Facility then in effect shall <br /> not be considered to be a Liquidity Facility Date for purposes of this ordinance. <br /> -12- P\20287_CMW\20287_AMT 10/14/14 <br />
