S&P means Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, a Standard and Poor's Financial <br /> Services LLC business, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New <br /> York, its successors and their assigns, or, if such corporation shall be dissolved or liquidated or <br /> shall no longer perform the functions of a securities rating agency, any other nationally <br /> recognized securities rating agency designated by the Designated Representative. <br /> S&P Weekly High Grade Index means for any Computation Date, the level of the "S&P <br /> Weekly High Grade Index" (formerly known as the J.J. Kenny Index) maintained by Standard <br /> and Poor's Securities Evaluations Inc. for a one-week maturity as published each Wednesday, or <br /> if any Wednesday is not a Business Day, on the next succeeding Business Day. <br /> Short-Term Interest Period means each period during which a particular Short-Term <br /> Rate is in effect with respect to a particular Short-Term Rate Bond pursuant to <br /> Section 2.03(g)(1). <br /> Short-Term Rate means, with respect to a particular Short-Term Rate Bond, an interest <br /> rate that is determined on a periodic basis for such Short-Term Rate Bond pursuant to <br /> Section 2.03(e). <br /> Short-Term Rate Bonds means Bonds which bear interest at a Short-Term Rate. <br /> Short-Term Rate Conversion Date means a day on which interest begins to accrue on the <br /> Bonds at one or more Short-Term Rates following Conversion pursuant to Section 2.03(g). <br /> Short-Term Rate Mandatory Purchase Date means the first day after the last day of each <br /> Short-Term Interest Period. <br /> Short-Term Rate Period means each period during which the Bonds are Short-Term Rate <br /> Bonds. <br /> -18- P\20287 CM0A20287 AMT 10/14/14 <br />
