SIFMA Index Reset Date means Thursday of each week. <br /> State means the state of Washington. <br /> Stated Expiration Date means the date on which a Liquidity Facility or a Credit Facility <br /> is scheduled to expire in accordance with its terms, as such date may be extended from time to <br /> time in accordance with such Liquidity Facility or Liquidity Facility Agreement relating to such <br /> Liquidity Facility or Credit Facility or Credit Facility Agreement relating to such Credit Facility. <br /> Supplemental Ordinance means an ordinance of the City approved by the City Council <br /> pursuant to Article VIII of this ordinance. <br /> 2001 City Bond Ordinance means Ordinance No. 2557-01 of the City Council. <br /> 2001 City Bonds mean the City's Variable Rate Demand Limited Tax General Obligation <br /> Bonds, 2001, as more particularly described in the recitals of this ordinance. <br /> 2007 District Bond Resolution means, collectively, Resolution No. 154-07 adopted by <br /> the District on February 15, 2007 and the First Supplemental Resolution No. 155-07 adopted by <br /> the District on February 15, 2007, as amended by the Second Supplemental Resolution No. 160- <br /> 11 adopted by the District on November 17, 2011, and as amended by the Third Supplemental <br /> Resolution No. 161-12 adopted by the District on January 26, 2012. <br /> 2007 District Bonds mean the Everett Public Facilities District Project Revenue Bonds, <br /> Series 2007. <br /> Tax Agreement means the Tax Certificate and Agreement delivered by the City at the <br /> Closing Date, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its terms. <br /> Tender Agent means the Bond Registrar or any successor thereto appointed pursuant to <br /> Section 3.07. <br /> -20- P\20287 CMVN20287 AMT 10/14/14 <br />
