may apply the portion of the Bonds redeemed to the mandatory redemption schedule, if any, in <br /> the manner designated by the Designated Representative. <br /> Section 3.03. Notice of Redemption. Each notice of redemption shall state (a) the <br /> Bonds or portions thereof which are to be redeemed, (b) the date of redemption, (c) the place or <br /> places where the redemption will be made, including the name and address of the Bond <br /> Registrar, (d) the Redemption Price, (e) the CUSIP numbers, if any, assigned to the Bonds to be <br /> redeemed, (f) in case of any Bonds to be redeemed in part only, the amount of such Bonds to be <br /> redeemed, (g) the original dated date, interest rate (in the case of Fixed Rate Bonds), and stated <br /> maturity date of each Bond to be redeemed and (h) if funds shall not be irrevocably deposited <br /> with the Bond Registrar to pay the Redemption Price of the Bonds to be redeemed plus interest <br /> accrued thereon (if any) to the date fixed for redemption on or prior to the date that the <br /> redemption notice is first given as aforesaid, such notice shall state that any optional redemption <br /> is conditional on such funds being deposited with the Bond Registrar on the redemption date. <br /> Each such notice shall also (1) state that if, on the date fixed for redemption, the Bond Registrar <br /> holds sufficient moneys therefor, then, on the date of redemption, the Redemption Price of the <br /> Bonds to be redeemed, plus interest accrued thereon (if any) to the date fixed for redemption, <br /> shall become due and payable and that from and after said date, interest on such Bonds shall <br /> cease to accrue and be payable, and (2) require that on said date such Bonds shall be surrendered. <br /> The Bond Registrar shall take the following actions with respect to such notice of <br /> redemption: <br /> (a) At least 15 (or such minimum period as shall be required at the time by DTC) but <br /> not more than 60 days prior to the redemption date, such notice shall be given to the respective <br /> Registered Owners of Bonds designated for redemption by Electronic Notice, confirmed by first <br /> -54- P\20287_CMVN20287AMT 10/14/14 <br />
