April 4, 2012 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 <br /> p.m., April 4, 2012 in the City Council Chambers of the Everett City Hall, <br /> President Gipson presiding. Upon roll call it was found that Mayor <br /> Stephanson and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Gipson, Nielsen, and <br /> Affholter were present. Council Member Hatloe and Stonecipher were <br /> excused. <br /> Boy Scout Troop 114 led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the March 28, 2012 Everett City Council meeting were <br /> approved as printed. Council Member Affholter abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Stephanson reported on the open house held April 3, 2012 for the <br /> Central Waterfront Planning District. He commended Allan Giffen and <br /> staff for a job well done. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at the Community <br /> Skills Fair, the State of the Base address, and the Central Waterfront <br /> Planning open house. <br /> Council President Gipson stated that agenda item no. 9, to authorize a <br /> call for bids for the construction of Sewer Lift Station No. 24 Replacement <br /> project, will be moved from the consent items to the briefing agenda <br /> following agenda item no. 1. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> 88 <br />
