The attached report <br /> presents our findings and recommendations for the geotechnical aspects of project design and construction. <br /> Our field exploration indicates the site is generally underlain by about three to six inches of organic forest duff <br /> overlying outwash and glacial till sediments consisting of loose to medium dense silty sand to sand with silt and <br /> medium dense to very dense silty sand with gravel. We observed moderate groundwater seepage in one of the <br /> test pits at a depth of approximately ten feet below the ground surface. <br /> In our opinion,the native soils on the site will be suitable for support of the proposed development,provided the <br /> recommendations presented in this report are incorporated into project design and construction. <br /> We trust the information presented in this report is sufficient for your current needs.
