April 18, 2012 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> President Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RFP AWARD —VOICE MESSAGING SYSTEM <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to award Request for Proposal 2011-004 for a voice <br /> messaging system and authorize the Mayor to sign the contract with <br /> Continuant in the amount of $240,313.80 including Washington state <br /> sales tax. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> President Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION — USE OF STATEWIDE ELECTRONIC DATABASES <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Roberts, to adopt Resolution No. 6488 authorizing use of the <br /> state wide electronic databases maintained by the Municipal <br /> Research and Services Center of Washington (MRSC) as the City's <br /> small public works and consulting services rosters. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> President Gipson who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT - CHIP <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Nielsen, to authorize the Mayor to sign the HOME agreement by and <br /> 114 <br />
