RESOLUTION No. 6786 11074 <br /> A Resolution declaring the listed vehicles and equipment surplus and <br /> authorizing their disposition. <br /> WHEREAS,the City has a 1997 Caterpillar CB-224 Roller (#N0012) and a 1996 <br /> Towmaster trailer(#T0013) in its fleet; and <br /> WHEREAS,the above-referenced equipment is no longer of value or use to the City; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance 2963-06 establishes a procedure and methods for surplusing or <br /> disposition of City-owned personal property; and <br /> WHEREAS,based on the guidelines set forth in Section 2 of Ordinance 2963-06 a <br /> public auction is the disposition method that best meets the City's interests; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's purchasing manager has reported the basis for the estimated <br /> value of the surplus property and has recommended surplusing the above-referenced <br /> vehicles and equipment by public auction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved by the City Council of the City of <br /> Everett: <br /> 1. The 1997 Caterpillar CB-224 Roller(#N0012) and 1996 <br /> Towmaster trailer(#T0013) are no longer of value or use to the City; and <br /> 2. The disposition of this equipment at a Public Auction conducted by the <br /> James G.
