May 9, 2012 <br /> Moved by Member Nielsen that the resolution be amended to remove the <br /> phrase "and authorizing the Mayor to settle property damage claims." <br /> The motion died for lack of a second. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Nielsen, who voted no, and Council Members Moore and <br /> Stonecipher, who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ADDENDUM — SEWAGE DISPOSAL <br /> Moved by Council Member Hatloe, seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter, to authorize the Mayor to sign the as-built addendum to the <br /> 2010 amendment to agreement for sewage disposal with Silver Lake <br /> Water & Sewer District. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher, who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AMENDMENT — EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS <br /> Moved by Council Member Nielsen, seconded by Council Member <br /> Roberts, to authorize the Mayor to sign E12-041 Amendment A with <br /> the Washington State Military Department changing the contract end <br /> date to September 15, 2012. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Members Moore and Stonecipher, who were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 130 <br />
