October 22, 2014 <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT — JAIL SERVICES <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, to authorize the Mayor to execute an agreement for jail <br /> services with Yakima County in the form substantially as provided. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED — SENATOR HENRY M. JACKSON PARK <br /> Moved by Council Member Stonecipher, seconded by Council <br /> Member Murphy, to authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to <br /> the professional services agreement with SvR Design Company for <br /> Senator Henry M. Jackson Park, Phase One design and construction <br /> services, at no additional cost to the city. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes, except Council <br /> Member Moore who was excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AGREEMENTS — EAST GRAND AVENUE SEWER SYSTEM <br /> REPLACEMENT <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Anderson, to authorize the Mayor to sign the License Agreements <br /> with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Company (BNSF) for <br /> 293 <br />
